Medium carved vase
This brown stoneware vase was thrown on the wheel, then hand carved with a repeating rectilinear pattern. The clay was left exposed on the outside and lined with a leaf-green glaze inside, then oxidation fired to Cone 5 in an electric kiln. 7-7/8" h x 4-1/8" in diameter.
